Responsibilities :

- Presentation of finance and profit situation to the top management
- Assist in formulating the company’s future direction, supporting expansion of the organization sales/ after sales network and other tactical initiatives
- Setting up procedures for proper accounting methods and monitoring financial reports & statements
- Drives the Budgeting process in the organization
- Planning, monitoring and reporting (OP, Actual, Forecast) in total and per business unit related to discounts, stock controlling, budget and cost controlling, investment planning and controlling, infrastructure projects
- Drives the Cash flow Planning and MIS for the organization
- Ensures financial accounting rigour and discipline by driving the monthly books closing process as well as the annual accounts finalization
- Ensure correct and transparent recording of all business transactions in the relevant period
- Ensure correct cost centre wise recording of all business transactions
- Ensure timely submission of all tax returns and timely payments of all due taxes
- Ensure correct and optimum tax payments within tax laws/ requirements, including income tax planning and calculation, statements and reports as well as handling of other taxes (e.g.GST, TDS, Professional taxes etc.) and duties
- Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluation
- Take Lead role in identifying asset employees and succession planning in the Finance & Accounts functions
